About Me

Hi, I am Akenaton!



I am a somatic breathwork practitioner, massage therapist, and facilitator.
I help high-achieving, overwhelmed humans slow down and reconnect with themselves through body-based healing.


After a decade of working with bodies through massage and movement, I saw that what most people really needed wasn’t just physical relief—it was emotional space, nervous system regulation, and a return to presence. That’s why I now focus on breathwork and somatic healing: practices that don’t just relax the body, but help us feel what’s been stuck and remember who we really are.
